This luxury, 91-suite property opened in December, 2008. It boasts a large meeting room that can hold 100 conference attendees, and a home-like atmosphere that makes it the perfect "home away from home" for guests who are staying in town for extended periods of time. The evening Manager's Receptions, indoor pool and fitness center, and the sport court with barbecue area provide accommodations the extended-stay guest prefers. Our goal with this hotel was to provide the nicest room in town. We succeeded!

Many guests commented that this was the "nicest Comfort Inn we've ever seen." So, in 2009, this hotel added suites to become a "Comfort Inn & Suites", and further improve its guest appeal. This hotel has delivered double-digit cash-on-cash returns to its investors for several years.

The re-flag brought double-digit revenue growth with an enhanced guest experience. In 2009, this hotel added suites to become a "Holiday Inn Express & Suites", and further improved its guest appeal. This hotel has delivered double-digit returns to its investors since inception.
